ABB`s Ultra, the inverter for large solar systems and parks with an efficiency of up to 98.7 percent, enables optimal energy yield under different operating conditions thanks to its high-speed MPPT's (Maximum Power Point Tracking).
The largest solar inverter in the ABB product range, the new Ultra 1.4MW, was developed for large solar plants and parks. This large inverter system significantly reduces cabling and commissioning work on site thanks to its separate DC and AC distribution.
Up to four independent MPPT input channels offer maximum flexibility and energy yields. This liquid-cooled, high-performance system is the largest solar inverter on the market. The compact housing offers maximum performance with a small footprint. The housing enables outdoor use in any weather condition.
