Danfoss Unilynx ULX 3000 indoor The single-phase, transformer-based inverters of the ULX series are equipped with housings for indoor and outdoor use. The inverters of the ULX series have a transformer that provides electrical isolation between the AC and DC sides. The inverters of the ULX series can also be used with thin-film modules, since the modules can be grounded through the galvanic isolation. The inverters of the ULX series are based on over 40 years of experience in the field of power electronics. Danfoss strives to produce the highest quality and most reliable inverters and always comply with the latest guidelines and legal regulations. Flexibility Inverters of the ULX series are available for both medium and high input voltages and are therefore compatible with a wide range of modules. This reduces the risk of possible energy loss and ensures the correct string voltage for optimizing the system yield. The ULX inverters have up to three string inputs, each of which is equipped with a single MPP tracker. By operating in individual mode, the risk of missmatching losses or partial shading is largely reduced. If a string does not work optimally, this has no effect on the performance of the other strings. Depending on the installation configuration, all inverters of the ULX series can be operated both in single and in parallel mode. A parallel configuration is the optimal solution when using identical strings. With the help of the automatic detection algorithm, the inverter is able to automatically recognize the respective connection. The inverters of the ULX series can be used in 24 European countries and meet all requirements for connection to the low-voltage grid in Germany. The configuration can be carried out on site, depending on the country, during the installation. All ULX inverters can provide reactive power. The ULX inverter series detects a power failure using the “Sandia Active Frequency Shift” (SAFS) or the frequency change rate (ROCOF) and, if necessary, an impedance pulse measurement. Unique design The low weight and slim design make the inverters of the ULX series ideal for a wide range of small installations. Easy installation The inverter can be installed as a whole without being opened. It is set up using the simple and easy-to-use display panel on the front.

Reliable inverters are worth their weight in gold!

Discover how much money you're losing due to downtime – with our inverter loss calculator.

Inverter failure doesn't just mean technical problems – it means cash slipping through your fingers. These losses can be substantial and depend on many factors: your feed-in tariff, the capacity of your inverter, and the valuable production hours you lose during downtime.
