Schubert Controls – Precision and Reliability for Highly Complex Systems
Schubert Controls, as used among others in the Grob4Pilot, at Traub, or for example at Index, Schuler or SW, are specialized control units for high-precision manufacturing and automation processes. They coordinate motion sequences, sensors, and machine communication in real time and are based on a robust PLC architecture with powerful microcontrollers and fieldbus-capable I/O modules. Due to high clock cycles and continuous operation, especially power supplies, power drivers, and memory modules are prone to wear and failure. BVS Electronics performs in-depth analysis, repair, and preventive component replacement to ensure long-lasting and reliable functionality of the controls – always in compliance with the original specifications.
BVS Electronics GmbH offers a complete product overhaul for the entire control terminal including all individual components such as the operator panel or the multitouch panel (full touch OP012 replacement solution). Not only defective parts are replaced, but also preventively all components that are susceptible due to age or wear are exchanged.
In addition, identified weak points
are remedied by using new and approved components to ensure the safety and longevity of the machines. After completion of the overhaul, BVS Electronics grants a 24-month warranty on the entire assembly.

Incoming goods: Documentation and visual inspection of incoming assemblies.- Cleaning: Disassembly and thorough cleaning, including ultrasonic bath to remove contamination.

Load test: Simulation of operating conditions to ensure durability.- Packing and shipping: Secure packaging and optional express shipping to ensure fast and safe transport.
