After an initial information exchange regarding the products used, you provide us with a defective device for repair feasibility assessment. We analyze the error pattern, faulty components, sourcing of new parts, and conduct final tests. You will receive the repaired product back. If all evaluation criteria, including the economic viability of a repair, are positively assessed, we will establish professional test equipment, ensure a secure supply chain for components, and build up spare parts inventories to guarantee 24/7 availability.
